Position Description: This Principal Planner position is responsible for providing professional assistance in the development, review, and approval of long range plans, ordinances, and reports for the jurisdictions the Department of Planning Services supports. Director Economic Development, Planning and Zoning

Position Description: Administers and supervises the daily operations of the city's planning, land use planning, zoning, grant-writing, GIS and economic development programs.

Develops, directs, and implements downtown development strategies.

Education:
